The Shops at the Denver Art Museum want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase; if you are not, we accept returns on most items within 30 days of receipt. Items must be in their original, unused condition and accompanied by the original sales receipt to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Carefully pack the item in its original packaging, ensuring all tags and protective materials are included to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided shipping label or address the package to our returns department, then drop it off at your preferred carrier; we recommend using a trackable service.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned merchandise, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
