How much does shipping cost?
Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight of your order and the destination address. We offer standard and expedited shipping options through major carriers, and free shipping may be available during special promotional periods.
What is your return policy?
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Please note that custom prints and final sale items are not eligible for return.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship to addresses within the United States and Canada. We are working on expanding our shipping capabilities to serve our international art community in the near future.
Are the products in the shop authentic?
Yes, all items sold through the Denver Art Museum shop are curated for quality and authenticity. Many of our products are exclusive designs inspired by our permanent collections and rotating exhibitions.
Do museum members receive a discount?
Yes! Denver Art Museum members receive a 10% discount on most items. To apply your discount, simply log in to your member account before checking out or enter your member ID in the designated field at checkout.
